Research On Development Situation And Countermeasures Of Strategic Emerging Industries Of Zhangqiu City

Since the outbreak of the financial crisis in 2008, strategic emerging industries with the feature of high technology, strong technical permeability and low consumption of energy and resources have become the common choice of many developed countries and regions to deal with the financial crisis and to promote the sustainable development of the real economy. Accelerating the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries is also a major strategy of our country to adapt to the new normal economic development. To accelerate the pace of development of strategic emerging industries, governments at all levels promulgated a series of policies and set up a swathe of support funds. Although the development of strategic emerging industry in Zhangqiu city has achieved certain effects, there are still some problems that can’t be ignored compared to other developed regions. Therefore, this paper studies the current development situation and problems of the strategic emerging industries in Zhangqiu city under the "new normal" economy and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions.This paper takes the development situation of the strategic emerging industries in Zhangqiu city as the research object. Firstly, this paper refines the relative concepts of the strategic emerging industries and sort out the research literatures on the development of the strategic emerging industries at home and abroad systematically. Secondly, this paper also takes further investigation on the strategic emerging industries in Zhangqiu and then analyses and researches the problems and their causes in the development of the strategic emerging industries in Zhangqiu city through interviewing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Development and Reform Commission, Science and Technology Bureau and other relevant departments in Zhangqiu and proposing investigations on the enterprises from strategic emerging industries. Thirdly, this paper take a comprehensive analysis on the development environment of the strategic emerging industries in Zhangqiu city from the political, economic, social and cultural aspects. Besides this paper also does a SWOT analysis to choose the development strategy of the strategic emerging industries in Zhangqiu city. Lastly combined with the development requires, this paper puts forward Countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the development of strategic emerging industries in Zhangqiu City.Currently, Chinese and foreign scholars have make little academic achievements in the field of county strategic emerging industries. This paper has regional research features for the study of the strategic emerging industries in Zhangqiu city under the background of the "new normal" economy. Through the analysis of the present situation of the development of strategic emerging industry in Zhangqiu city, this paper discusses the problems in its development and makes policy recommendations on the development of strategic emerging industry in Zhangqiu city. This study has a very important practical value for the transformation and upgrading of the industrial economy Zhangqiu city. Besides, it can also be used as reference to the development of the strategic emerging industries in other counties.
