Research On Elements Support And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Strategic Emerging Industries In Shandong Province

The international financial crisis has caused great changes in the world economic and political pattern, the pattern of the world industry’ development is still changing,the global industrial development is also in a period of adjustment. Major economic crises tends to give birth to emerging industries. Strategic emerging industry is a product of technology and new industrial’ depth fusion. It is on behalf of the direction of the future development of science, technology and industry. Many countries compete to develop strategic emerging industry. As a major economic province along the eastern coast of China, Shandong Province’ economy is growing fast. At the same time, the development of unbalanced, unsustainable, unsustainable and other issues have become more and more serious. Strategic emerging industries have strategic,guiding, environmental protection and other characteristics. It is an important strategic choice for Shandong Province to adjust the industrial structure and change the mode of development.Guided by the relevant basic theory, this paper comb the concept and characteristics of strategic emerging industries. This paper analyzes the elements of strategic emerging industry support system and expounds the mechanism of strategic emerging industries’ development by applying theories and approaches of system dynamics. This paper constructs the system dynamics model of emerging industries’ elements supporting system. Combined with the data of the strategic emerging industry in Shandong Province, this article also carries on the positive research and analyzes the quantity relationship between the input and the output value of strategic emergingindustry. Finally, this paper proposed five suggestions for fostering the development of strategic emerging industries: strengthen and guide capital investment, encourage and promote scientific and technological innovation, laying much stress on and strengthen the cultivation of talents, guide and stimulate industrial demand, improve the system of policies and systems.
