LD company belongs to the financial industry of the internet, In the fierce market competition, R & D personnel are the key factors of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Salary System of R & D personnel designed to motivate employees to improve work performance and core stability talent that play a reference role to play better, nurture and retain talent.This paper reviews the remuneration theory research based on the results to LD R & D personnel for the study, we analyzed the current situation and the company’s R & D personnel characteristics of human resources companies and R & D personnel, combined with a questionnaire found its compensation system Problems by establishing career dual-channel model, re-match job rank system, thus forming a series of jobs rank promotion mechanism, based on this and then the salary system to be improved, and ultimately through the ground implementation of salary management above to achieve LD R & D personnel incentives, but also gives practical significance for sustainable business operations.
