Study On Ecologicalization Of Regional Innovation And Entrepreneurship System In China

Nowadays, innovation drives a country’s development. Chinese metaphors "innovation and entrepreneurship" for theengine of economic development, the regional becomes an important carrier of its activities. At present, China takes the innovation development strategy. So,the study on the regional innovation development is very important for us now.The study on ecologicalization of regional innovation and entrepreneurship system belongs to the study on regional innovation development. The study on innovation and entrepreneurship is according to ecological perspective. This study put the innovation ecological theory and system theory together into the construction of the regional innovation system, which belongs to an interdisciplinary and comprehensive thinking. This study is the expansion of the regional innovation system theory, and it stressed the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship for the regional construction and development. It carried out a way of in-depth study in the future.Firstly, the writer sorted out the related theory, and then discussed the urgency and necessity, and pointed out the problems on the development of regional innovation and entrepreneurship system. One is the elements in the system that is unhealthy, the other is lack of coordination with ecological environment. The central part of this article is the implementation of the designing way. It included putting forward to determine the niche and function, protecting the supply of resources, establishing the operation mechanism and improving the service five aspects to carry on theecologicalization of this system. The writer combined cases studies, and made Inno Way in Zhongguancun Street as an example, and summarized the experience. Finally, the most important is to choose a reasonable value as a guide, establish the concept of eco-economic innovation, and adhere to use innovation as an engine to promote regional development. We have to use scientific methods to plan the layout of regional innovation and entrepreneurship, and then promote the activities of innovation and entrepreneurship. Till then, we can achieve the real development of innovation, economic, social and ecological together.
