The Research On Transformation Of The Mode Of Foreign Trade Development In Anhui Province

Foreign trade development mode not only emphasis the steady expansion of foreign trade, but also emphasis looking for the best way to optimize foreign trade structure, the way to promote the competitiveness of the foreign trade and foreign trade promote the sustainable development ability. Anhui Province is the important port of China’s middle province, the ministry of foreign trade development for many years. And in recent years, China gives the policy tilt to middle provinces, implement the rising strategy of central China and construct the Wan-Jiang urban belt to undertake industrial transfer demonstration area, Anhui province has become the big province of foreign trade. There are many problems in the process of developing foreign trade in Anhui Provence. Such as the low foreign trade sustainable development ability, the slow development of processing trade, the low value-added products for export, and the weak trade competitiveness. So it is particularly important to fide new ways to change the structure of foreign trade development in Anhui Provence. In recent years, the development of the new-new trade theory which based on the enterprise heterogeneity provides new ideas and research methods to promote the development of the foreign trade development mode transformation.At present, the most research on how to change the mode transformation of the foreign trade development in Anhui Province have focused on the macro industry level, rarely focused on enterprises, ignore the enterprise’s positive roie in the process of the transformation of foreign trade development. Enterprise is the main body in the foreign trade, we should pay more attention the enterprise’s function on the transformation of the mode of trade development. At present, the international trade theory to the interpretation of the international trade patterns and trade gains have deep into the enterprise level of microcosmic research, the enterprise heterogeneity of the new-new trade theory for how to change the mode of foreign trade development in Anhui Province provides a new thought.This paper reviews the relevant literature to heterogeneous enterprise and transformation of mode of foreign trade development. Then in the second part of the thesis introduces the heterogeneous enterprises and transformation of the mode of foreign trade development of the related concepts and theoretical basis. And based on the theory of this paper analyzes the intrinsic relationship between them, Emphasis on Heterogeneous enterprise’s role in the transformation of the mode of foreign trade development. Then this paper analyzes the current situation of foreign trade development in Anhui Province and the necessity of the transformation of the mode of foreign trade development. Analysis shows that foreign trade in Anhui Province won the great progress, but due to the significant changes have taken place in the domestic and foreign environment and the mode of foreign trade development in Anhui Province has some deficiencies, it is imperative to change the mode of foreign trade development. Next in the empirical part, first by Ohm Distance Method calculates the heterogeneity of the export enterprises in Anhui Province. It turns out that for export enterprises in Anhui Province, there is heterogeneity between and in the industry. Then build a model. Using 18 industries of export enterprises in Anhui Province’s per capita value rate, the rate of innovation, and value added rate and export value of percentage of panel data for empirical analysis. Demonstrate heterogeneous enterprise in promoting the role of foreign trade development mode change. The empirical analysis results show that the export enterprise’s heterogeneity (such as a higher level of innovation and higher productivity) is an important factor of transformation of the mode of foreign trade development in Anhui Province. Then give some relevant policy suggestions according to the empirical results. It is good for improve the ability of sustainable development of foreign trade, is good for improve contribution of foreign trade in Anhui Province economic and also good for promote sound and rapid economic development.
