The Research On The Transformation Of Foreign Trade Development Pttern Of Anhui

Since reform and opening,the import and export volume of AnHui in1978is lessthan$10million increase to$24.28billion in2010. However, the relative Anhuieconomic development, foreign trade stimulating effect on the economy is not yetclear.Compared with the country, especially in the eastern provinces (municipalities),there is a big gap between the foreign trade development in HnHui, and Anhui foreigntrade exports to GDP, per capita exports and other indicators are significantly lower.Foreign Trade of Anhui Province in order to improve the economic stimulus, mustfollow the scientific concept of development, accelerate the transformation of foreigntrade development mode, under the premise of improving the quality and efficiency offoreign trade, achieve foreign trade to comprehensive, coordinated and sustainabledevelopment. Therefore, the analysis and evaluation of Anhui foreign trade developmentand foreign trade development in the traditional way, sum up experiences and lessonswhich explore a variety of constraining factors, Anhui foreign trade development, and tomake appropriate policy recommendations has important practical significance.This article studies changes in foreign trade development for AnHui from theperspective of qualitative and quantitative. First, using qualitative method define theconcept.of the foreign trade development mode and transformation. Then, articles in fourareas of the amount of foreign trade, foreign trade structure, trade efficiency,sustainability foreign trade to establish a set of evaluation index system of foreign tradedevelopment mode, and quantify the various ways of refinement of indicators. Last,apply the entropy of the process indicators, and determine the weight of indicators, andfinally established evaluation model. Specific terms are:on the basis of the domestic andforeign literature of changes in foreign trade development mode, With history of foreigntrade development in Anhui, build a scientific and rational of evaluation system ofchanges in foreign trade development mode, and use the entropy to empirical analysis ofchanges in foreign trade development mode of AnHui, comprehensive exposition of thecharacteristics and problems of foreign trade development of AnHui, and makereasonable policy recommendations of changes in foreign trade development of AnHui.
