In recent years, the rapid development of the Internet industry, China’s economic development has made a significant contribution, and become an important part of China’s economic development. at the same time, thousands of environmental changes in the Internet industry, competition among enterprises has become even more intense.Internet companies are knowledge-intensive, technology-intensive enterprise, required knowledge,skills, innovation, knowledge workers become the core competitive power of the Internet,how to effectively motivate knowledge workers to play their knowledge and skills to become the Internet’s key human resource management Therefore the Internet knowledge workers incentive to study is an imperative thing.With talk to the HR, service, former employees who working in campany like Baidu, E daijia, Jingdong, Meituan, Tencent and other enterprises were interviewed understand the current situation and problems of Internet companies incentive mechanism, based on a knowledge-based Internet companies in Beijing and Tianjin the staff questionnaire survey data was subjected to reliability analysis and factor analysis we concluded that Internet knowledge workers incentive major order of importance are: work achievement, job security, career planning, business management and team relationships.Because Internet companies have young, innovative and strong features,empirical analysis stage, the first overall data were analyzed, followed by age, position two aspects of a detailed classification analysis. When age classification analysis, found that young Internet knowledge workers pay greater attention to career planning factor, that they pay greater attention to prospects for personal development; when on the job classification analysis, found an innovative job knowledge workers pay greater attention to occupational success, they place more emphasis on personal fulfillment at work.Based on the above findings on the Internet to create a good business environment,incentives, respectively, from the corporate culture, work environment and performance evaluation system three aspects of the analysis and research, the content motivation theory and incentive theory into one process, and personal growth-oriented, job security and enterprise management, supplemented by the method of incentives has been redesigned,built in personal growth, job security and enterprise management system as the main content of the three Internet companies incentives.
