| Along with the rapid development of the economic society, Hi-tech enterprise plays a more and more important role in the whole world. However, during the course of its development, some new questions come out such as little motivation of creation, frequent turnover of knowledge type employee and so on, and the key reason of these questions is that the incentive mechanism existing in the Hi-tech enterprise is not perfect. Through analyzing the study results on the incentive elements of the knowledge type employee from our country and foreign countries, and combining the characteristics of Hi-tech enterprise and knowledge type employee, the author gets four incentive mechanism, they are salary incentive mechanism, growth incentive mechanism, accomplishment incentive mechanism, work condition incentive mechanism.The thesis includes six sections which are shown as follows:1.Part I briefly introduces the background,purpose and the structure of the thesis.2.Part II describes the characteristics of Hi-tech enterprise and knowledge type employee precisely and define the knowledge type employee in the thesis.3.Part III comments the theories on the knowledge type employee, incentive4.Part IV sets up the incentive mechanism aimed at the knowledge type employee in the Hi-tech enterprise on the basis of theory summary on the knowledge type employee incentive and incentive principle.5.Part V includes the application of incentive mechanism , the author uses a case to practice and analyze how to construct the specific incentive mechanism6.Part VI is the last chapter, it makes a conclusion.The methods of research in the thesis include comparison analysis, the combination of theory and practice, the innovation points of the thesis are shown as follows:Firstly, the incentive theory for the knowledge type employee is put into the practice of the Hi -tech enterprise, and during the course of the application told above, combined characteristics of Hi-tech enterprise, considered the demand the knowledge type employee in Hi-tech enterprise, the author sets up the incentive mechanism of the knowledge type employee in Hi-tech enterprise, which can incent the knowledge type employee in the Hi-tech enterprises much better ,and improve Hi-tech enterprise's benefits. At the same time, the incentive theory for the knowledge type employee is further revised and perfected. Secondly, the combination of theory and practice .through studying present situation of the incentive mechanism for the knowledge type employee in HK company which is a typical Hi-tech enterprise, the author tried her best to find the insufficient and put forward the corresponding improvement measures. What's more, during the process of the application of the incentive mechanism, according to the different characteristics of the knowledge type employee, the knowledge type employee is divided into two kinds, one kind of which is good at management and another kind of which is accomplished in technique, and according to their different demand from the two kinds of knowledge type employee, the corresponding incentive mechanism is put forwarded, which is hoped to play a role in complementing and making sound the incentive mechanism of the knowledge type employee in the Hi-tech enterprise.Due to the incessant change of the interior and exterior surroundings of the enterprise, there is no such incentive mechanism which is perpetual and can be applied at any place. Therefore, when certain incentive mechanism is adopted by one enterprise, the change of the surroundings and the object being incented should be considered and the incentive mechanism should be continually adjusted so that the incentive mechanism offer better service for the enterprise. |
