With China’s sustained and rapid economic development,the rapid expansion of urban pulation,step by step to speed up the process of urbanization,residents along with the standard of living improve, demand for agricultural products is increasing year by year, quality and safety standards continue to improve, agricultural products trading market face unprecedented opportunities for development and challenges. This paper mainly studies the competitive strategy of N group’NN agricultural products trading center project.Firstly, using PEST analysis method from four aspects of political, economic, social and technical analysis the NN agricultural products trading center, the macro environment. After analysis of wholesale market for agricultural products industry development course, present situation and future trend, and Porter’s five forces model of competition for further analysis of the industry environment. The third chapter analyzes the internal situation of N group and introduces the basic situation of the NN agricultural trade center project. The fourth chapter use SWOT matrix model analysis of N group’NN agricultural products trading center project of the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and then the NN agricultural products trade center project competition strategies are proposed according to the N group’s overall development strategy and target.
