The Research On The Agricultural Trade Strategy Of The Great Northern Wilderness Group

With the rapid development of the global economy and the construction of China's "Belt and Road",China's foreign trade continues to climb and the competitiveness of China's agricultural products continues to improve.The Beidahuang Group is located in the heart of Northeast Asia.It is of great significance to study the strategy of Beidahuang Group for the development of agricultural trade with Russia.Based on the basic theory of agricultural product trade strategy,this paper expounds the current situation of Beidahuang group's agricultural product trade with Russia,and analyzes its existing problems,such as unreasonable structure,weak competitiveness and lack of supply chain.The causes include imperfect policy support.The information management level is backward and the human resource management is not perfect,so the SWOT analysis of Beidahuang group's agricultural product trade with Russia is carried out,and the strategy of perfecting Beidahuang group's agricultural product trade with Russia is put forward,including optimizing the trade structure with Russia.To improve the competitiveness of trade with Russia and establish a support system for Russia,and improve the level of information management for Russia and other government strategies.
