A car consists of more than 100 thousand parts, thus a car industry can improve the develop of many other auto parts enterprises and companies. Therefore, auto arts enterprises in the automobile manufacturing industry is developing rapidly with the development of the automobile manufacturing industry, and promote the prosperity of China’s auto parts industry. In the modern market economy, competition is everywhere, especially high profit industry, time is full of fierce competition. China’s auto market has great potential for development, attracting the world’s major auto parts manufacturers to invest and set up factories to carve up China’s auto market to get a piece of pie. In recent years many auto parts enterprises and companies develop gradually from the original simple investment and construction to the establishment of regional technology research and development center. By introducing advanced foreign management ideas and technical and seize the market share. At the same time, traditional domestic enterprises benefit from a good market economy, relying on the existing resources to obtain competitive advantage in the market. Auto parts market competition will be more and more fierce in the future. In such a changeable and rapid develop industry, traditional auto parts enterprises are not only lack of financial strength but also lack of the advanced technical strength. Facing with abundant funds and advanced technology state-owned auto parts enterprises and many private enterprises, how can they survive, develop and grow? How can they build a good corporate culture? How can they establish an effective and competitive mechanism? How to establish an effective competitive response mechanism to deal with, These problems are the traditional auto parts enterprises should think, strategy, based on this reason, this paper selected Henan A company as the research object of the company.Henan A auto parts company is a private enterprise which combines R & D, manufacturing, sales and testing of various automotive starter parts all together and mainly supplies products for all types of models with starter.In this paper, the use of economic knowledge and analysis methods, combined with the actual situation of enterprises, to develop a suitable A auto parts company’s long-term development of development strategies.This paper is divided into five chapters, firstly research background and significance of the analysis, describes the theoretical knowledge about knowledge management strategy, strategic management and development strategies research and auto parts industry; secondly analyzes the development trend of automotive starter industry, using the method of PEST and Potter’s "five forces" model to analyze and evaluate the company’s external environment., and using the SWOT matrix theory to analyze the auto parts industry in the national economy in the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, combined with A’s own characteristics analysis of starter industry status, To develop a suitable whole strategy for A auto parts company is to strengthen the growth strategy;Competitive strategy is to take a moderate cost leadership strategy.At the end of this paper, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the development strategies, formulated the five specific measures:clear strategic focus, expanding production capacity, strengthening the control of cost, promote technology innovation and research and development capabilities, to ensure the implementation of the five strategic management measures are put forward:organizational structure adjusting management, financial security management, e-commerce and information technology management, human resources management, corporate culture construction and management.
