This article selected a company that has a certain influence in the region and has certain competitiveness in the country,an auto parts manufacturing company,CN company for analysis.Through in-depth analysis of its internal environment such as its macro environment,micro environment,and industrial environment,as well as its internal financial,technical,production,and marketing capabilities,it is concluded that CN Company faces both the people's income and the continuous improvement of automobile production and consumption policies.,People's consumption levels are constantly improving,and other good development opportunities,but also face the threats and challenges of rapid investment growth in the automotive industry,market competition,etc.,while lagging behind the internal management,the lack of marketing system capabilities,lack of visibility of the brand image,comprehensive The lack of high-level managerial talents and the lack of funds to support scale expansion.Through in-depth analysis of its internal environment such as its macro environment,micro environment,and industrial environment,as well as its internal financial,technical,production,and marketing capabilities,it is concluded that CN company faces both the people's income and the continuous improvement of automobile production and consumption policies.,people's consumption levels are constantly improving,and other good development opportunities.At the same time,it faces the threats and challenges such as rapid investment growth in the auto industry and fierce market competition.As well as internal management lags behind,lack of marketing system capabilities,lack of transparency in brand image,lack of comprehensive senior management personnel,and insufficient funds to support scale expansion and other factors.Therefore,we believe that the key to the development of CN companies is to grasp the future direction of nurturing core competencies,adopt the principle of independent development and development,and introduce or purchase foreign advanced technology as a supplement,and continue to make progress in the core technologies of automotive air conditioning;Limit the individual's knowledge to the company,form a knowledge system belonging to CN company;continue to nurture and develop CN company's independent intellectual property rights.To this end,we provide CN companies with three strategic options.The first is a robust solution that adopts a market penetration strategy and actively expands sales to occupy a larger market by improving products,services,and other marketing methodsbased on the original products and markets of CN companies.The overall development idea is to highlight the main body,to intensively cultivate,to fight the world,and to operate steadily.The second is a positive plan that combines the product development strategy with the market development strategy.On the one hand,new products are put into the existing market,or new technologies are used to add new types of products.On the other hand,new customer levels or new geographic markets are being developed to increase market share and increase sales.The overall development idea is to create a platform,be aggressive and enter the world.The third is to leapfrog the plan,seize the opportunities for the automotive industry to transfer to China,realize the complementarity and integration of self-advantages and outstanding companies in the global automotive industry chain,achieve leapfrog development,and become a manufacturing center of global automotive air-conditioning components.The overall development idea is to give play to its advantages,unite the giants,integrate the world,and develop across the globe.We believe that Chinese companies are suitable to first start a sound plan and aggressive plan financing strategy,and gradually turn into a positive plan with the support of effective financing sources.Second,in the process of implementing a robust plan,if the conditions are suitable,it can be moved to a crossover plan.CN company to a certain extent represents the common characteristics of China's private enterprises and auto supporting industries.Therefore,this paper hopes to use the company as a sparrow,using a basic method of strategic research to conduct a comprehensive detailed anatomy and theoretical empirical analysis,in order to arrive at Value considerations and experiences that can be used for reference,replication,and promotion provide strategic references to parts and components manufacturing companies,thus benefiting the exploration of the development path of the entire auto parts industry and even the automotive industry.
