Countryside has large population and large consumption potential,so this area has been the focus of poverty alleviation for the government and a m arket which is eager to be developed f or many enterprises, but the development of the rural market has been tepid because of the restriction of funds,logistics and other conditions.Right place at the right,rural electronic commerce met its "sp ring" in 2015.This year the government’s policy support,the electricity giants boot and various aspects, just like good timing, geographical convenience and goo d human relations add up,leading to the concentrated outbreak of rural electronic commerce. Not only the major electronic commerces,such as Alibaba, Jingdong, Suning,spend huge sums of money seizing the market of countryside, even some small businesses are also eager to share a cup of a thick soup from the rural market.In view of the huge potential of the ru ral market, in January 2015 the Central Document No.1 proposed to strengthen th e construction of ag ricultural e-commerce platform for t he first time,laid the basis of the deve lopment of rural e lectricity business policy. Policy oriented and market trends indicate the electricity suppliers to the countryside is the trend.After listing in the US on Septem ber 2014,Alibaba announced immediately that it would treat the rural electronic commerce as one of three major strategies for the futrue.then the concept whic h is "Internet plus" hits around China.Rural T aobao which is proposed by Alibaba,catches a good time that is calle d “Internet plus Countryside”. Coupled with rural electricity commerce is af fected by the Country favorable policies, Alibaba’ s Taobao spreads fast across the province,county and countryside.Since Rural Taobao has been raised to be one of the m ajor strategy, through a series of exploration and attem pt, it has en tered the 2.0 m ode.First of all, this paper systematically analysis the current e-commerce env ironment on political,economic,social and technological in rural. Through the strategic situation of the project,strategic process,strategic pattern,strategic resources,the paper points at Rural Taobao project to do a perspective of res earch, and m akes an analy sis of Rural Taobao facing competition in the market situation..This article’s innovation is that Cha ngge in Henan Province is selected as representative to resear ch Rural T aobao.Through the field investigation and observation of half a month,I found that rural Taobao project exists some problems in the actual operation of the process,not only the existence of past natural capita l, logistics and other problems, but also the emergence of new realistic conflicts.So this paper will combine the actual existence of the problem, proposes effective solutions, and hopes solve the obstacles of rural T aobao in advancing process, and improve the strategic problems Alibaba rural electricity.
