Chain operation mode produced in America in 1859, and appeared in 1980 s in our country. It development time is not long in domestic, but this kind of new mode to break the old operation philosophy, change the low efficiency of commodity circulation, improve the management mechanism of our country, and gradually become the main organizational form in business activities in China. As a new business model, chain operation shows strong vitality and huge development potential. However, on the whole, Chain operation in China started late, in many respects than international chain enterprises.Since the development of market economy, Chinese private enterprises have sprung up so that developed rapidly, which makes them becoming an important part of the market economy. However, reasons of congenital deficiency, financing difficulty, management confusion causes the average life cycle of many private enterprises in China is less than 4 years, they had failed when they were not completely out of the Start-Up stage. How to make the private enterprises security through the initial stage to search for more long-term development is the biggest bottleneck which they are facing in China.People are the most precious resource in enterprise resource, it is the core and fundamental, it plays a decisive role to the development of enterprises. Today, the increasingly fierce competition in the talent for fledgling chain enterprises due to the change of the domestic market and the impact of foreign chains, and how to develop the suitable for this enterprise human resource management system to better motivate employees potential retain talents, in order to chain enterprises survive in the fierce competition at home and abroad, this for the initial stage chain is of great significance.This paper aims to learning the human resource management experience of two foreign chains which are Wal-Mart and McDonald’s, two domestic chains which are Suning and Haidilao, and using for reference,in view of ZY infant supplies chain corporation in the organizational structure, personnel status, recruitment, training, salary structure and performance appraisal, the existing problems, combining the human resource management theory and method, adhere to the principle of simple, efficient, practical and continuous to design the suitable human resource management system for ZY infant supplies chain corporation. The design of human resource management system in this paper not only for ZY infant supplies chain corporation in the start-up stage has a great guiding significance to the human resource management but also give the similar enterprises in the same period for human resource management system design inspiration.
