Study On Status Analyzing And Improving For Quality Management Of RT Company

Product quality as a core component of enterprise development, for the development of the national economy and society of great significance. With the development of the computer industry diversification of the IT company’s quality management has also put forward new demands. However, the current domestic procedures for quality management is chaotic, with implementation negative, confusing enforcement issues. Therefore, in order to improve the company’s quality management, the basic situation of the company must be based on the use of advanced management methods, the company built up in line with the development of software quality management system. Only in-depth understanding of quality management, and build quality management system according to our own circumstances, in order to better solve the problems in corporate governance.Based on the requirements of RT 9001:2008 GB/T quality management system, this paper explores the suitable quality management method, use quality management related theory, in mainly analyzes the basic situation of enterprise development, actively absorb domestic and foreign advanced management experience, combined with the circumstances of the development of the enterprise to establish quality management system. In this paper, we firstly analyze RT company’s internal and external environment, found in quality management problems and loopholes, and these problems finally can summarize as the following three aspects: organization structure, personnel management level, process management level. And then to the three levels of the problem, clearly pointed out that the improvement program must be based on the eight principles of ISO 9000 principles as a guide, these programs include the emphasis on employee participation, increasing the process of document control, create a good organizational culture, strengthen the training and education system, improve the supervision and management strategies, improve the company’s quality management system, etc. And in order to ensure the effective and sustainable development, the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward. These measures include the construction of self supervision mechanism, optimizing management assessment, promoting the quality management plan, improving the company’s incentive and assessment methods, and so as to promote the company’s construction and development, and effectively improve the company’s product quality and service quality, improve customer satisfaction, improve employee quality awareness, establish a good image of RT company. By applying the theory and method of quality management to RT company, improve the service quality and management experience, improve enterprise’s competitive power. And to provide reference for the same type of enterprises to improve quality management, which has a positive guiding role and important practical significance.
