Especiallythe European Sovereign Debt Crisis rises unceasingly, the momentum of world economicrecovery is thwarted and the growth slows down obviously. The difficulties China’s economicdevelopment faces increases, economic downward pressure stands out. Under thiscircumstance, strategic management of enterprises becomes more significant and necessaryfor the development of enterprises.This article uses the case of FH Foreign Trade Corporation, by combining with industryof nonferrous metal and secondary nonferrous metal, focusing on analyzing the challenge ofthe externalities the corporation faces and the influence of the internal environment. Combingwith the practical situation of FH, come up with relevant strategic management model andimplement methods.Firstly, this article adopts Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model to analyze the externalitiesof FH Company. We analyzes and concludes that the business FH Company works on expectsmore on new incomers, the products have irreplaceability, but it doesn’s have so muchbargaining power between suppliers and customers and has strong competitors.Then this article analyzes concretely the internal environment of FH Company, weconcludes that the advantage of FH Company is the acquisition of secondary nonferrous metalimport trade franchise rights and has trade logistics chain and financial products serviceswhich comes from Hong Kong window companies. And the disadvantage of FH Company isthe lack of overseas goods suppliers and the generalization of enterprises abilities.Based on the above analysis, it suggest FH company to adopt strategic management ofintegration strategy, diversification strategy and sharing diversification strategy at thecompany level, and the cost leadership strategy and difference winning strategy at themanagement level. Such kind of strategic management can develop and make use of theresources and advantages of FH company effectively, avoid insufficient, weaken the externalthreat, and grasp the market opportunity then realize the sustainable development of thecompany.In the back of the thesis, it also points out that the successful FH company strategicmanagement implementation also need human resources, capital management, resourceintegration, organization structure, enterprise culture and other aspects of strategic guarantee.At last, the conclusion reaches in this article tells us that under this complex andchangeable economic environment, the foreign trade enterprises must lay more emphasis on the management and implementation of enterprises strategy planning. Nothing but letstrategic thoughts guide the development of enterprises, the enterprises would have anopportunity of development. |
