| With the development of Internet and e-commerce, online shopping gradually replaces the traditional offline retail model, and it has become the preference in purchasing goods. E-commerce transactions includes three flows---logistics, capital flow and information flow. Capital flow and information flow can be instantaneously transmitted through the network, but logistics can’t get through. E-commerce logistics from order picking into the distribution chain operation is complex, especially order processing, order picking mode selecting. Order picking has 2 modes, manual or automated picking. For many e-commerce companies, distribution center order picking system has become one of the bottleneck of logistics services. The need for upgrading according to the actual situation of their enterprises is urgent.This article has selected B2C business enterprise logistics centers order picking system as the research object. And it chooses W business enterprise as an example, using Flexsim simulation modeling to set existing order picking system. This model will get the analysis of the results basing three optimization programs. The enterprise could choose different optimization programs through comparing efficiency and used equipment.Firstly, the paper introduces the background and significance of the article, and popularly gives some knowledge aboutB2Celectricity supplier logistics, electricity supplier logistics and distribution center, order picking system and Flexsim simulation software. By studying literature review at home and abroad about the order picking system, order and batch system partition, Flexsim simulation software-related, it proposed research direction.Secondly, this paper uses W business enterprise as an example, giving the status of logistics distribution center, and analyzing the internal processes, which contains order picking process. Next, it gives a brief introduction about the status ofB2Cbusiness enterprise order picking system, focusing on the EIQ order analysis, layout, presentation equipment. Based on actual orders, it establishes a simulation model of a 12 batch and 720 orders, which selected randomly picking rule and secondary distribution rule.Finally, through analyzing W company picking process simulation model, the paper gets picking system problems, the problem causes and gives some optimization models. At the same time, existing order system are upgraded, adding some automation equipment to get another optimization program. The new program improves the free rate and efficiency of equipment and other data by running a simulation system. By comparing before and after optimization programs, it evaluates the effects of optimization.In short, the core business of this paper is to use Flexsim for order picking system 3D simulation. Simulation system personnel and equipment will be set up as standard mode, so the simulation data has a reality value. At the same time, by changing the system data, you can view the system change, to provide a reference for real change in the system. and the paper also provides theoretical data for the W business picking system as a reference. |
