Based on the above background, this paper studying in view of the family farm ecological niche evolution and trying to from the new Angle of view to analyze the survival and development of the family fann.First of all, the paper analyzing the origin of the family farm and defining the features of family farms in our country; Analyzed the applicability of the theory of ecological niche is applied to the family farm, define the family farm ecological niche. On this basis, using the "state" and "potential" concept in the theory of ecological niche, analysis that the family fann niche survival factor have labor factor and land factor, market factor, the development of niche factor have labor efficiency factor, land efficiency factor and land expansion factor, market development factor. Build the family farm ecological factor model in reference on the basis of enterprise niche factor model, analysis the relationship between the various factors in the model, and derive that the family farm niche evolution have two options of connotative and denotative evolution. In order to verify the feasibility of the family farm ecological niche’s evolution way, at the beginning development of the family farm, under the condition of insufficient statistical data, the paper chose to pay attention to the causal relationship of system dynamics simulation. Start with building fundamental mode of survival factor, finally built a family farm ecological system model.
