Study On The Flow Of Rural Labor Force And Its Effect On Economic Growth Of Jiangsu Province

Labor force is an important factor of economic and social development, and rational use of labor resources is conducive to promoting the sound and fast development of Jiangsu economy. Jiangsu province is one of the most populous provinces in China, there are a lot of labor resources, especially a large number of surplus rural labor force.As far as the current situation is concerned, Jiangsu province did not give full play to the advantages of its own population resources, which hindered the development process of urbanization and industrialization in Jiangsu and the rapid development of Jiangsu’s economy.Therefore, facing the current situation of urbanization and industrialization development, the research and analysis of the problem of rural surplus labor in Jiangsu Province is very significant not only from the angle of theory but also from the angle of reality.In this paper, the method of theoretical analysis and empirical research combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis is used to study the rural labor force in Jiangsu province and its effect on the economy of Jiangsu province. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the theory of labor mobility and analyzes the reason of labor mobility.the relationship between labor mobility and the development of agriculture and industry and the way of the influence of labor mobility on economic growth.Then, based on the data of statistical yearbook of Jiangsu Province, the multiple linear regression models constructed to analyze the factors that affect the flow of labor force.At the same time, the theoretical model of economic growth is cited, the economic growth is analyzed theoretically and the panel data of Jiangsu province are used to analyze the influence of the rural labor force flow on the economy of Jiangsu province.Finally, this paper analyzes the problems existed in the rural labor migration in Jiangsu Province, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions, hope to be able to more reasonably and efficientlyuse the advantage of rich labor resources in Jiangsu Province, to promote sound and rapid economic development in Jiangsu, to further accelerate the development of urbanization and industrialization of Jiangsu.
