Enterprise-user interaction is a key theme of innovation and entrepreneurship practice in the internet era, it is an important decision for the enterprise to deal with the change of the times and economics. Although studies have explored the effect of enterprise-user interaction. However, the internal mechanism of theory interpretation and system research are still relatively rare, the conclusion remains controversial. For the innovation performance, it is regarded as an independent variable, it is generally believed that entrepreneur and other stakeholders play important roles, but always tend to ignore their interactive effects.This paper was based on previous research results, with 228 start-ups(founded in less than 8 years) as a sample, integrating interaction orientation and organizational learning to test enterprise-user interaction’s effect on innovation performance. First, through the literature research, we tended to hold the research status of interaction orientation, organizational learning and innovation performance, then explained variables’ meaning and classified each variables’ s dimension. Second, analysed the relationships among variables, and constructed the relationship between interaction orientation and innovation performance, put forward conceptual model and hypothesis; Finally, collected the data through questionnaire survey, and applied SPSS20.0 software to do factor analysis, descriptive statistics and correlation analysis.Results showed that: First, the concept of customer, interactive response ability and customer value management were positively correlated with innovation performance; but customer empowerment didn’t. Second, organizational learning and innovation performance were positively correlated, and it was the same to open learning and exploratory learning. Third, there was a significant positive correlation between interaction orientation and organizational learning, and also the four dimensions of interaction orientation. Fourth, organizational learning played an intermediary role in the interaction between orientation and innovation performance.Two aspects of innovation: built a new conceptual model of interaction orientation, organizational learning and innovation performance, enriched the theory of entrepreneurship; verified the mediating effect of organizational learning between interaction orientation and innovation performance, cleared the important role of organizational learning.
