With the increasing competition in the market and the amounting risks of business today, the traditional model of business can no longer met the needs of modern enterprise market competition.In order to better grasp the market opportunities,and to build sustainable competitive advantage in the ever-changing environment,the business enterprises in our country should,on the one hand,enhance the organizational learning capability.On the other hand,they should try their best to train the entrepreneurial orientation which is characterized by innovativeness,risk-taking awareness and protectiveness.With these efforts they try to find the best match between its resources and the external environment in a dynamic environment, and ultimately enhance the organizational performance.But is the entrepreneurial orientation really able to promote the performance? And what kind of function can organizational learning perform in this process?This research is base on these questions,researching a great deal of literature, establishing the model of mediating effect and putting forward three main hypothesizes.Then our research made a hypothesis testing through a investigation of 140 enterprises,And reached the following conclusions:Firstly,entrepreneurial orientation has positive influence on entrepreneurial performance.Secondly,organizational learning has positive influence on entrepreneurial performance.Finally,organizational learning serves as partial mediating variable between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance.In the final chapter of the study,limitations of the study are addressed and future research suggestions are provided.
