Since the beginning of 21st century, China’s development of the Internet has made great achievements, making a profound effect on economic society. "Internet plus" is the new power for our country to meet the new round of industrial revolution and technological change, is the important starting point to create an innovative country, is the important force to improve China’s advantage in competition. Having made great achievements, Internet at the same time has lots of questions worth pondering. What is the trend of China’s development in foreign trade enterprises under the circumstance of "Internet plus ", how "Internet plus "make an impact on Chinese foreign trade enterprises, are questions needed our further research and exploration.This article used six chapters to discuss the study, in which the main part is about the B2C cross-border e-commerce, setting up five chapters to make a specific analysis.The first part is the introduction, mainly describes the paper selected topic background and significance of topics, research achievements in this field both at home and abroad, and elaborated the paper research methods and research content and innovation points of this paper.The second part is the analysis about mechanism of cross-border B2C e-commerce, which firstly introduced the related content of "Internet plus" in order to make a detailed description on the concept and connotation of "Internet plus" as well as the foreign trade under the background of "Internet plus"; Then summarized the overview of cross-border e-commerce B2C model; Finally, introduce the economy theory involved in B2C cross-border e-commerce, which mainly includes the Value chain theory, Transaction costs theory,the long Tail Theory and the agglomeration effects, that is to say, shortening the trade chains, reducing transaction costs and taking advantage of the agglomeration effects using platform.The third part analysis the current development of our country’s B2C cross-border electronic commerce, mainly analysis the developing environment of the B2C cross-border e-commerce in the aspect of both domestic and abroad, focusing on the impediments and problems affecting our country’s B2C cross-border e-commerce development, which is mainly the bad credit environment, the incomplete cross-border logistics system and the imperfect cross-border payment system and so on. At the same time, companies also have corresponding problems, including the lack of brand awareness, the fierce market competition that leads to the price war and products and homogenization, resulting in our country’s B2C cross-border e-commerce relatively small accounting in not only import and export trade, but also in cross-border e-commerce trade..The fourth part is an analysis aiming at the application of B2C cross-border e-commerce application in our country, taking Aliexpress as the representative of a comprehensive shopping malls and the Lightinthebox as representative of the department store of the B2C cross-border e-commerce as objects for research. Through detailed analysis of the two business models, we found the problems in the application process and further confirmed the problems raised in the previous chapter, Summarizing the experiences as well as providing certain reference significance for Chinese SMEs to carry out cross-border B2C e-commerce.The fifth part summarizes the results of the analysis above, respectively come up with the guiding suggestion on promoting he development of Chinese B2C cross-border e-commerce from the angles of the related industry and the enterprise itself. We need to continue strengthening the construction of related industries, establishing good credit environment, improving the cross-border logistics system, and strengthening supervision of cross-border payments; at the same time companies should continuously improve their own competitiveness, actively cultivate their own brands, constantly open up emerging markets, concern about mobile commerce, Takes high-end course.
