With the coming of the experience economy, it not only has brought rare opportunities for the development of the landlord manor but also puts forward new challenges to its management. As a unique building type, the landlord manor can let visitors feel the beauty of the architecture, history, folk custom. In order to let visitors have a higher quality of tourist experience in the landlord manor, landlord manor need to analyze the needs and feelings of the tourists, apply the concept of tourist experience to tourism product design, let visitors fully experience the landlord manor culture, improve the quality of tourist experience of tourists.The article selected Yantai Qixia Mu’s manor as the research object, on how to improve the quality of tourist experience, through theory review, questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation, on the basis of statistical analysis by SPSS software, using the factor analysis, variance analysis and statistical methods, it draw two conclusions:Mu’s manor visitors expect more participatory activities and lower ticket prices; Mu’s manor tourist experience elements including three aspects:scenic spot services, infrastructure and the overall attitude, scenic spot resources characteristics. The Article analyzes characteristics of Mu’s manor and its market development situation, puts forward ideas of Mu’s manor tourism product development:design tourist theme on the basis of Mu’s manor features; Dynamic display:broadcast DVD of the history culture of Mu’s manor; Design participatory activities:making steamed bun, paper-cut; Join Mu’s manor characteristic cultural factors in the design of tickets and souvenirs; Construct hotel, shopping and other supporting service facilities consistent with Mu’s manor architectural style; develop ticket price suitable for income level of the tourist market; The humanization of the service of scenic spots, let visitors have physical and mental pleasure in the process of tour.Through summarizing the existing theory and Mu’s manor development, on the basis of questionnaire survey, the article analyze the problem of how to improve the quality of tourist experience of tourists, play a certain reference significance and practical value for the development of tourism products of Mu’s manor.
