In 2015, China established the world’s first further goods trading powers and first the status of the exporter. It made physical goods online retail sales in the world first, the scale of foreign capital utilization in the developing countries is in the first place, the total retail sales of social consumer goods places comfortably in the world, and the foreign investment is to achieve such outstanding performance as 13 years continuous growth. At the same time the new pattern of opening to the outside world has been formed, "One Belt And One Road "construction got off to a good start. China and the United States, Central Europe investment treaty negotiations are in a steady progress, China and South Korea, China and Australia signed free trade agreement. It marks the degree of opening to the outside world and greatly increasing in our country. In April 2005, Australia officially launched FTA negotiations, with the joint efforts of both sides, in November 2014, it announced the end of substantive negotiations for ten years. On June 17,2015, China and Australia in Canberra signed "the government of the People’s Republic of China free trade agreement with the Australian government". China-Australia FTA content mainfy involves to ten areas such as goods, services, investments. In Cargo area, when the agreement comes into effect each account for 85.4% of the export trade of products that immediately realize zero tariff. In tax cuts after the transition period, finally achieved zero tariff tax items in Australia and proportion of trade proportion will reach 100%. China achieves zero tariff items and the proportion of trade that will reach 96.8% and 97% respectively. So much more than the general level of lower taxes of 90% is in the FTA The implementation of the agreement will directly impact on the trade in goods between the two countries.This article mainly uses the method is:First, the literature methodology, according to the related literature analysis. Second, the use of dominant comparative advantage index, trade competitiveness index, the trade dependence index and so on. Sino-Australian bilateral for many years a large number of import and export data, is using statistical analysis by deeply discusses the China-Australia relations of trade in goods between the two countries. Further study of China-Australia free trade of goods is on trade effect analysis.The article is divided into five parts:the first part, the first chapter introduces the selected topic background and research significance, the research is both at home and abroad, research ideas and methods, the paper innovation points and deficiencies such as to make relevant specification. The second part is introduced to the related theory of regional economic integration. It is mainly about theory of customs union, specifically from the static effect and dynamic effect analysis of a customs union and does the necessary preparation for the research behind. The third part, the Chinese-Australia free trade area and background and current situation of the development of Sino-Australian bilateral trade in goods, is the third chapter in this paper. It introduces the background of China and Australia free trade area established. From the volume of trade between the two countries, the main trade goods of static indexes such as the Angle of different statistical analysis was made on the two sides in recent years, the large amount of raw data. The development trend of Sino-Australian trade and trade structure characteristics are analyzed. The fourth part, mainly through the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter analyses the China-Australia free trade goods trade effect.
