The Study Of Quality And Safety Traceability System Of Agriculture Products Based On Wholesale Market

The problem of food safety becomes more and more serious. Food securityincidents and exploring their solutions has become the focus of the community. In thisstudy, I search literature about quality and safety of agricultural products issues fromhome and abroad, carding and generating traceability system theories. On this basis, Icarry out survey to dealers and field search in the Nanchang Shenzhen agriculturalproducts wholesale market, and analyze the practice of Commerce Department meatand vegetables flow back system. These provide a solid evidence for exploring thepath to solve the problem of the quality and safety of agricultural products.Based on relevant literature and survey data, the study find:(1) the root cause ofinitiating quality and safety of agricultural products problems is asymmetricinformation problems;(2) According to the actual situation in our country, buildingthe quality and safety traceability system based on wholesale markets, can effectivesolve quality and safety agricultural products problems under asymmetric information;(3) The proportion of dealers in the Nanchang Shenzhen agricultural productswholesale market implement traceability system is low, about28.57%, and theirenthusiasm is not high. In addition, the regulatory power of wholesale marketsupervisor and buyers to dealers is limited;(4) These factors,“quality certification”,“buyers asking for invoice”,“government sanctions” and “the frequency of checkingcredentials”, have a significant impact on dealers implementing traceability system.Based on the foundlings, this study suggests that building traceability systemneed government, wholesale market supervisor and buyers participate in the systembuilding activity, and government plays a leading role, and wholesale marketsupervisor and buyers exert regulatory power to dealers to play their main effect in thetraceability system. Further, on the basis of the experience of Commerce Departmentmeat and vegetables flow back system, the study puts forward the thinking of buildingNanchang Shenzhen wholesale market’s meat traceability system.
