| At present,the agricultural industrial structure of China is in the process of continuous optimization,quality and safety level of agricultural product is increasing,consumer demand for high-quality safety green agricultural products is also growing.The systematic quality and safety traceability platform for agricultural products is established by the national and provincial governments,but due to the initial stage,the current focus is still in some provinces and cities pilot,the regulatory system improvement and the establishment of quality and safety traceability system for the main agricultural products especially animal products.The research on the traceability system of planting industry,especially fruit,is mainly focused on the level of technology research and development,and there is not too much in-depth study from the level of economic management,and the construction of intelligent traceability management system for different parts of different fruits is a case study of the practical application of different teams.This paper expounds the related theories of agricultural products traceability and technology popularization,analyzes the current situation of traceability management and construction of agricultural products at home and abroad,and then empirically analyzes the consumer’s willingness to buy traceable agricultural products and the attitude of traceability management of fruit,as well as the information expected through traceability system.Combining with the tracking record of the whole production environment and process of “Yong-bei” Jinguo pear in Wuqing District,Tianjin,and the development experience of traceability system at home and abroad,the production standard of “Yong-bei” Jinguo pear is established,and the intelligent traceability management system is established to realize the agricultural technology of intelligent traceability management system to the practical application of “Yong-bei” Jinguo pear.Finally,the effective establishment of cooperative agricultural products characteristic brand,enhance the cooperative agricultural product sales and brand image,enhance the overall value added of agriculture,at the same time,based on the system design and application process of “Yong-bei” Jinguo pear,provide a certain reference significance for other fruit intelligent traceability management. |
