Study On The Influence Of Population Urbanization On The Human Capital Utility In Liaoning Province

Urbanization of population is an important step in the process of promoting human social civilization and progress, and its development level is an important symbol to measure the level of urbanization in the country. Urbanization is an inevitable choice to promote the development of the national economy, is one of the powerful driving force of domestic demand. Prime Minister Li Keqiang noted in his government work report in March 2016, Under the background of urbanization, the role of human capital is becoming more and more prominent, and the promotion of economic development is also becoming more and more important. This article from the Liaoning province population urbanization process, through the collection of relevant data, the establishment of regression model, analysis of the impact on Liaoning’s human capital level of population urbanization, based on its conclusion, the suggestions provide a theoretical basis for further adjustment of national policy.In addition to the introduction, this paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is mainly about the definition and elaboration of the important concepts and basic theories. This chapter defines the important concepts for the "population urbanization" and "human capital", and focuses on the human capital theory, population flow theory and other basic theory expounded. The second chapter introduces the population urbanization and the general situation of human capital in Liaoning. This paper expounds the process, present situation and influencing factors of population urbanization in Liaoning Province according to the development of different periods of Liaoning province, and describes the current situation of human capital in Liaoning province. In the third chapter, the regression model is established, an empirical analysis of the effect of human capital in Liaoning Province on the urbanization of population, and come to the conclusion that population urbanization does have certain influence on promoting the effectiveness of human capital. In the fourth chapter, In order to promote the effectiveness of human capital in Liaoning Province, the author puts forward the Countermeasures. Based on the conclusions of empirical analysis, the main problems exist in the development of population urbanization in Liaoning Province, combined with the factors affecting the development of population urbanization and the actual policy recommendations of Liaoning.
