Research On The Difference Of Human Capital And The Development Model Of New Urbanization

As an important part of the Chinese dream,the development of new urbanization has exerted great influence on the process of modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,China’s new urbanization construction has also attracted worldwide attention.China’s new urbanization path is different from the traditional urbanization,it’s focus on people’s interest and base on the industrial allocation structure.The key of new urbanization is citizenship and the premise is the level of economic growth.Therefore,the enhancement and optimization of human capital level and industrial allocation structure is directly related to the development level of new urbanization construction.It is obvious that China’s urbanization construction is successful,but some severe problems is give rise to attention.The research on the development of new urbanization in China and overseas is very rich.Based on the previous studies,this paper aims to find out the outstanding problems of the new urbanization in our country.The author analyzes the influencing factors and the study begians with the effect of human capital on the new urbanization.The study concentrate on the the impact of human capital on the path of new urbanization and put forward the strategy to solve the problem.This paper starts from the vertical and horizontal lines of human capital,and longitudinal research mainly studies the influence of human capital stock on the new urbanization level and analyzes internal mechanism profoundly from four different paths.The horizontal aspect mainly starts with the difference of the industrial allocation structure of the human capital,exploring the positive meaning from the matching of industrial structure of human capital to the development model of new type urbanization for the construction of new type urbanization of our country.At the same time,this paper also selected Zhejiang and Jiangxi provinces as a sample for a comparative study to verify the feasibility of theoretical research.In order to highlight the significance of the development model and non-reproducibility,the athor selected small town development model as case analysis for the new urbanization construction sample.On the basis of finding and analysing problem,the author puts forward the relevant policy recommendations.based on finding out problem and analyzing problem,the article came up with related policy and proposal.At the end of this paper,the previous research was summarized,with human capital to promote the development of the model of human capital should be industrialstructure and urban,two lines as the two aspects of the construction of conclusion of the development of urbanization and new urbanization,and provide policy suggestions on the construction of new urbanization in Jiangxi Province as the representative of the New District in the Ganjiang river.
