| The world is the age of knowledge economy with that the knowledge innovationshave become one of the important resources in the competition between enterprises today,and the knowledge staffs have become the important strategic resource to improvecompetitiveness as the carrier of the knowledge.The root of all the competitions in themarket economy is the knowledge staffs, especially those workers who have advancedideas, the innovative consciousness and the advanced technologies. It has become animportant subject in the development of enterprises’ that how to deal with the challengesand the opportunities brought by the market economy, and how to take measures tostrengthen the management of the knowledge staffs in order to improve their workperformance. Therefore,the study on the effects of knowledge staffs’ job satisfaction towork performance is imporment to the human resource managements.First of all, through the study of relevant literature, defining the definition andcharacteristics of the knowledge staffs, introducing the related theories of job satisfactionand work performance, and summarizing the current academic theories on the relationshipbetween the job satisfaction and work performance in order to provide theoretical basis forthe research model of this paper.Secondly, analyzing the relevant theories and research results, pointing out theshortages of the existing researches, building the theoretical model and putting forward theresearch hypothesises, carring on the design of the research, mainly through designing thestructure equation model, introducing the experiment methods and collecting the relevantdata.Thirdly, according to the study of the theoretical model, describing and analyzing therelevant data, then using related statistical softwares to test the relevant data in order toexplain and verify the result.Finally, taking the result of this study as the foundation of the reserch, puttng forwardthe corresponding suggestions for the human resources management of the enterprisesfrom the perspective of the knowledge staffs in order to enable enterprises to improve knowledge staffs’ work performance, so as to improve the operating performance ofcompanies. |
