United States development mode is wide range of sources of funding, the product mode is CCRC and REITs, the different ages of the elders can be provide as the corresponding service; Japan’s old-age real estate always in a small scale and high intelligent, the elders can self-service;European governments bear the substantial endowment facilities construction,enterprise tendency in investment nursing houses and holiday type old-age real estate.Western countries have high level of economic development and social welfare system, provides a good financial support for old-age real estate.
