Research On The Development Of Camellia Oil Industry In Ganzhou City

China is a large agricultural country, there are lots of characteristic agricultural industries, camellia oil industry is also a characteristic agricultural industry. In recent years, with the country and people are paying close attention to food safety, camellia oil, which is the green, ecological, natural agricultural products edible oil,gradually appear into the public view. It has good nutritional value, medicinal health value,economic value. and the trees of camellia oil are usually planted in the southern region of a relatively wide range of planting. With the years of camellia oil industry improving, a lot of private capital and enterprises have invested into tea industry, tea industry got very fast development. But overall, the tea industry is a sunrise industry,is still in the beginning stage and there still exists a lot of problems. The text takes the development of tea industry in Ganzhou City as an example, in order to have an in-depth study of the problems existed in the development of tea industry.with the hope of fanning out from point to area, this paper provides experience reference for the tea industry development in other areas, also for the Ganzhou City of camellia oil industry related policies introduced to provide certain theoretical basis and reference.In the course of practical research, through field visits and research, this paper combines with the relevant literature, in-depth understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of Ganzhou City tea industry in the development process, and also with opportunities and challenges. In the course of development of tea industry, it has its advantages: natural resources and labor resources advantage, the advantage of scientific and technological research and development, policy support advantages,industrial scale advantages; in the course of development of tea industry, the existing disadvantages: low production efficiency, low oil production and lack of funding,lack of leading enterprises and processing technology, low level of science and technology service, publicity is not in place; in the process of the development of camellia oil industry, facing opportunities: large potential of the domestic market, the increasing demand for high quality oil, the relevant policy support; the challenge: the impact of other domestic tea producing province, oil production cost increase.Through matrix analysis, this paper implement WO and TS strategy for the development of tea industry in Ganzhou City.the In profits from the domestic area of Hunan, Fujian and Guangxi development of camellia oil industry development experience, thhis paper put forward a series of promotions of development countermeasures for Ganzhou City tea oil industry.
