| Yantai Laishan district is a newly developed area which is dominated by agricultural industry and developed by rapid urbanization.But there is still a distinct urban and rural dual structure in this district.It is the only way to develop urban agriculture to optimize the current industrial structure and develop characteristic agriculture according to the resource advantage of the region.The characteristic agricultural theory absorbs and draws on the relevant results of regional economic theory,agricultural industrialization theory and sustainable development theory.Both in theory and practice,domestic and foreign scholars have carried out extensive and in-depth research on characteristic agriculture,which provides a reference for the development of regional characteristic agriculture.The characteristic agriculture should be regarded as the important strategy of agricultural development,and the structural upgrading of the agricultural industry should be realized by adjusting the traditional agricultural sector and combining the abundant agricultural resources in Laishan.At present,there are three major agricultural industrial zones in Laishan,namely,the southern grape growing industrial belt,the central fruit and vegetable industrial belt and the northern high-end agricultural products processing belt,with the natural,social and ecological agricultural conditions for the sustainable development of the characteristic agriculture.Among them,the Waterfall Valley project,based on grape cultivation and wine processing,combines production,tourism and leisure,and is a typical representative of characteristic agricultural development.The innovative development of the Eastern Ocean provides important enlightenment for the sustainable development of characteristic agriculture and the cultivation of competitiveness.However,there are still many technical,planning and human resource obstacles in the development of the characteristic agriculture in Laishan,such as the low level of deep processing,the imperfect security system and the poor quality of farmers.These problems need to be solved by means of a series of measures,including planning,innovative development mode,strengthen the supervision. |
