Research On The Development Of Characteristic Agriculture In Xinmi City

It has occupied an important position in Chinese agriculture since ancient times and is the foundation of the national economy.The 2019 Central Document No.1 proposes the development and expansion of rural industries and the expansion of farmers’ income channels.Develop diverse and characteristic agriculture according to local conditions,and advocate "one village,one product " and " one county,one industry".With the continuous development of China’s agricultural product market competition,people’s demand for regional characteristic agricultural products is getting stronger and stronger,vigorously promote the rapid development of regional characteristic agricultural products industry,achieve industrial prosperity,and lay a solid foundation for the realization of rural revitalization strategy.With the support of policies,Xinmi’s characteristic agricultural industry has developed significantly,but there are still many problems that need to be resolved.Based on the above background and significance,the standard is based on comparative advantage theory,product differentiation theory and sustainable development theory,use the honeysuckle industry in Xinmi City as a specific case to obtain information through in-depth interviews,field investigations,documentation,use the analytic hierarchy process and coefficient of variation method to construct the evaluation index system of honeysuckle industry in Xinmi City,finally,targeted policies and measures are proposed for the characteristic agricultural industry in Xinmi City.Based on the previous research,this article takes the honeysuckle industry as an example to analyze the status of the honeysuckle industry,establish an evaluation index system suitable for honeysuckle industry,with 5 first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators based on production capacity,professional capabilities,business capabilities,industrial system establishment,and sustainable development level,through the specific analysis of the honeysuckle industry evaluation index system,the evaluation results are that the production capacity of the honeysuckle industry is poor,the professional ability needs to be improved,the operating ability is poor,the construction of the industrial system is unreasonable,and sustainable development still needs attention.According to the status of honeysuckle industry and the evaluation results of the indicators,the constraints for the development of honeysuckle industry are insufficient capital investment,backward agricultural infrastructure,insufficient investment in science and technology,poor leading enterprises,poor industrial chain,and environmental pollution.Combining the evaluation results of the indicator system,the constraints of the development of the honeysuckle industry,and the actual situation,it is proposed to expand the investment channels for characteristic agriculture,improve the construction of characteristic agricultural infrastructure,increase investment in science and technology,increase the value of products,promote industrial management,and focus on the scientific nature of the ecological environment Countermeasures to promote the better development of the characteristic agricultural industry in Xinmi City in the future.
