After the 2008 financial crisis, the global economy showed a downward trend, the spending power of European and American markets has weaken, and China’s traditional foreign trade growth slowed. At the same time, with the development of Internet technology and smart phones, consumers can purchased from overseas suppliers directly, instead of by the middlemen. Small cross-border trade has increased, B2 C cross-border E-commerce was born.Since the B2 C cross-border E-commerce platform is a product of the emerging e-commerce 2.0 model, there are few researches and few people analyze their impact on China’s foreign trade. Compared to the rapid development of B2 C cross-border E-commerce, theoretical research has lagged. Because it changed the traditional way of international trade transactions, shorten the supply chain, reduce costs and create more trade opportunities, thus become the first choice of many small and medium foreign trade transformation. In this paper, starting from the relevant theory, focuses on the impact of B2 C cross-border E-commerce platform for China’s foreign trade, and analyzed the success stories AliExpress, Hope can rich theoretical research in the field, and provide reference for our B2 C cross-border E-commerce practices.First, the paper reviews the theoretical basis and the related research literatures. Then clear what is B2 C cross-border E-commerce, its development status and trends. Then, based on transaction cost and agglomeration economies theory on the path of cross-border transactions, analyzes the influencing factors of B2 C cross-border E-commerce platform for China’s foreign trade, which will affect national policies and B2 C E-commerce development of the industry, and B2 C cross-border E-commerce platform will impact trade instruments, object of trade, and other aspects of cost. Combined with the detailed analysis about AliExpress, which is the success stories in current domestic B2 C cross-border E-commerce through its marketing, it’s marketing, mode of logistics and mode of payment have an impact on China’s foreign trade transaction costs, trade means and trade body. Rich the content practices on the basis of the theory.Finally, Provide relevant proposals for the current issues that B2 C cross-border E-commerce platform needs for improvement. On the one hand, B2 C cross-border E-commerce platform should cooperate with the government and logistics companies to build global logistics strategic alliances, and need to strengthen the platform of intellectual property supervision, improve security and credit disputes. Hopes to provide reference for the development of small and medium foreign enterprises, and provide reference for our small foreign trade enterprise transformation.
