With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the dependency on energy is becoming higher. The renewable energy is badly needed regarding the present situation that our country is short of fossil energy and has severe environmental problems. The wind energy resource in our country is rich and has ease of development, but is also faced with the problems that the use ratio is low and the wind curtailment is severe. This thesis focus on the problem of wind power consumption and the research on demand side resource, the game relationship between relative participants is discussed. This thesis puts demand side resource into the research of wind power consumption, conducts a study on promoting the ability of wind power consumption.First, the development and usage situation of wind power in our country is summarized. The mode of execution of interruptible load and time of use price is introduced, and the response of different users is analyzed. The factors that restrict the wind usage in our country are elaborated.After that the game theory is used to research the interruptible load and demand side time of use price respectively. Aiming at the problem of determining the compensation fees, a three-round bargain model between consumer and power company is proposed, then a Hotelling price model is brought in which takes the difference of products into consideration. The risk that consumers may break the contract is put into the compensation cost of power company and a bidding model among multiple users is built, which plays out the competitiveness of market and makes the compensation price at a lower level. Aiming at the problem of making the demand side time of use price, an incomplete information game model between users and power company is built. The ability of users to response price is regarded as personal information. The power company can determine the type of users gradually with the feedback of relationship between electricity consumption and price. The best time of use price is obtained. The calculation result shows the superiority of this model.Then this thesis takes wind power consumption problem which in consideration with demand response as main line. Combined with the research of interruptible load compensation fees and demand side time of use price, this thesis builds the wind power consumption dispatch model in consideration with demand side resources. The model considers operating cost of supply side and demand side at the same time, and considers system power balance, condition of interruptible load contract and other constraints. Based on the inertia weight of the particle swarm algorithm, the dispatch model is solved by using Matlab software programming.Finally, verified the validity of this model by analyzing and comparing the examples. The results of dispatch model that takes demand side resource into consideration or not are compared. The model in this thesis has advantages in promoting wind power use ratio, reducing fossil energy consumption and decreasing operating cost of system. Then compares the results of different dispatch models that consider different demand response, which shows that the model considers interruptible load and time of use price at the same time can decrease operating costs and wind curtailment ratio effectively.
