It also has put forward the scheme of implementing.Through the research and analysis above, it has drawn the following conclusions: Under the new situation of the reform in power system, Electric Power Co. of Hunan should pay attention to that it must introduce supply and demand side to find and fix price in the beginning. It should introduce the demand side dynamical price fixed early; solicit the support of the people's government of Hunan Province and related departments. Before power market running in Central China, Electric Power Co. of Hunan Province should mainly do a good job to the adjustment to the time-of-use tariffs of electricity and the abundant withered price and CPP, make it accord with the present load characteristic of the Hunan power grid. It should reduce peak load, move the peak to fill out the valley, reduce the construction input of the power grid, send more electricity with the same power grid, and promote the sale of electric consumption with the lower price of valley. After the power market begins to run in Central China, Electric Power Co. of Hunan Province can implement real-time system of users'price to go on demand side response in the generate side to compete price, reduce the fluctuation of the price and the market risk.
