Today, the world continues to deepen economic integration, China is in a critical period of economic transition, from all walks of life both at home and abroad are also calling the positive transformation, in which the headhunting search industry is also facing a huge reforms. This paper is based on the research of competition strategy from XZ headhunting company in Xi’an, which mainly discuss the strategy development and direction of headhunting industry, and the policies and measures to promote for the further development of the industry, by which we hope push forward the transform process of the industry. Firstly, by analyzing the macro environment of headhunting industry in politic, economy, society and technology views, and by profile the industrial structure and competitive of headhunting industry through Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model, the key elements of success competition in headhunting industry are obtained, along with the opportunities and threats in the development process of the industry; Secondly, by objective evaluating current XZ headhunting company’s internal resources, including tangible assets, intangible assets, the core ability, we summed up advantages and disadvantages of company in the start-up phase; Finally, by using SWOT for further research of XZ headhunting company, both drawing strategic positioning which namely low cost strategy, and formulating relevant strategies and measures, such as establishing positive enterprise culture, putting forward in "package" policy, adopting equity to incentive core talents, etc., which obviously need implements and control. In addition, strengthening professional consultant team, ensureing headhunting project completed perfect, setting up trade barriers actively, are also the key to improve the core competitiveness for XZ headhunting company. In macro background of mass innovation and nation-wide entrepreneurship in 2015, XZ headhunting company hopes to create a new, unique model of headhunting industry development by using scientific, positive and objective strategies and measures, which not only able to improve their core competitiveness, but also makes allocation of human resources more efficient, scientific and reasonable.
