After entering the 21 st century,with the continuous advancement of science and technology,China's Internet economy is booming,people's production and lifestyle have undergone earth-shaking changes,and various new types of Internet companies have sprung up.In September 2014,Premier Li Keqiang issued a call for “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” and encouraged and supported the “entrepreneurship and innovation” of the masses from the policy.As a result,a large number of entrepreneurial enterprises emerged in the Internet industry.However,Internet start-ups are affected by factors such as fierce external talent competition and imperfect internal human resources systems,making the development of enterprises difficult.In order to achieve long-term development,enterprises must solve the talent problem and improve their competitiveness by continuously improving their ability to acquire and retain talents.As an important resource for business management,talents determine the development fate of enterprises to a large extent.In a certain sense,market competition is actually talent competition.However,short establishment time,insufficient development and accumulation,weak overall strength,lack of scientific human resources management thinking and some other weakness of stat-up company,it is difficult to retain excellent talents,the phenomenon of brain drain is serious,which affects the long-term stable development of enterprises.Therefore,if a startup wants to survive in the market competition,it is an indispensable guarantee to improve the retention ability of talents.In this paper,firstly,it introduces the research background and significance,summarizes the domestic and foreign literature,expounds the research contents and methods,and introduces the relevant theoretical basis.Secondly,it briefly introduces the basic situation,the current situation of talents and the existing talent retention system of FB company.Thirdly,it summarizes three reasons of brain drain through interviews with FB company's in-service and out-of-service talents,which including external reasons,company reasons and personal reasons.Finally,according to the reasons summarized in the interview,this paper puts forward three aspects of reserve and optimization measures for brain drain of FB company.For external reasons,FB company can strengthen communication with the government.For the company reasons,the optimization of salary and welfare scheme,optimization of training system,optimization of company performance appraisal system,and establishment of multichannel career track for company reasons,the establishment of a distinctive corporate culture,the establishment of personnel turnover coping mechanism are good to the reserve of brain drain.And for personal reasons,regular or irregular interviews are very necessary.
