Study On The Fund Management System Of C Group

Fund management is the core of enterprise financial management part, the overall operation is also very important starting point for enterprise group. In this paper, the problem of C group fund management system, and to optimize the financial management system, and to build a financial management program to adapt to the C group, to achieve the purpose of improving the management level of C group.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the fund management of C group. The main problems are mainly concentrated in the management of group funds, the single fund management, the use of funds, the lack of scientific management process and the lack of the fund management system. With C group strategy in view of the existing problems, construct C group fund management scheme, separately carries on the design from the four aspects of pools of capital accumulation, capital management, capital account management, financial management processes.
