The Research On Production Behaviors Of Farmers Who Plant Jasmine At The Angle Of The Quality And Safety In Qianwei County

Jasmine tea is not only a type of tea but also a kind of food. At present, from the nationwide situation, in the fast forward at the same time, the industry of jasmine also has a corresponding drawback. The problems of jasmine tea’s quality and safety are triggered widespread concern in society and government. It is a crunch time that the relevant departments should pay close attention to its quality and safety from the source, and grasp the production link effectively. As one of the four largest production base of jasmine flower, Qianwei County is known as "Chinese Jasmine town" with a long history of planting jasmine. Facing the problem of excess production capacity of the national sustainable development of tea industry, Qianwei County Should accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading in the industry of jasmine, not only pay more attention to the increasing in scale and number, but also its quality and safety. The government should enhance the brand and occupy the market, to realize sustainable development of the jasmine industry, especially in the aspect of the farmers who plant jasmine.Based on the existing research results, this paper has studied the production behavior of farmers in the framework of economics and management, by using the theory of theory of planned behavior and the peasant household production theory. The total number of samples is 248. This paper has conducted a descriptive statistical analysis on the samples’basic characteristics, production situation and the cognition. In addition, This paper has conducted an empirical statistical analysis on the samples’Jasmine quality, safety medication, safety fertilization and will, by using the model of Logistic. According to the results of the model, this paper has found out the main influence factors, and put forward some suggestions.The conclusions of this paper are as follows. The farmers are very will to plant the jasmine with good quality and safety. However, in the actual production process, there still exist some problems on the samples’ behaviors of the Jasmine quality, safety medication and safety fertilization. The main influence factors include four aspects of individual, market, society and government. Therefore, this paper presents five aspects of the policy recommendations. First, improve the service level. Second, establish a regular training system. Third, increase the planting base construction. Fourth, keep rising at the jasmine flower sales’ price. Finally, strengthen the construction of the quality and safety.
