In recent years, the quality and safety of agricultural products attracts more and more people’s attention, agricultural producers have an important role in the security and safety of agricultural production. Analyzing draw relevant conclusions for the protection of our good quality and safety of agricultural products have a very important significance.This paper summarizes the research progress of traceability system production safety behavior on the domestic and foreign scholars and analyzes the traceability system to promote the development of a better European Union, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom’s current traceability system and the current system of traceability. And we introduce the development status and its impact on safety in production of household behavior. The theory of planned behavior is quoted in the article to analysis and attitude of farmers in the production, code of conduct and perceived control of farmers. Based on survey data, and combined with the theory of planned behavior we carry out a detailed description of the analysis for field survey of households and make a structural equation model for empirical research of household production safety situation traceability system behavior, the conclusions are as follows:farm production behavior and attitude in the level of understanding and traceability system satisfaction and behavioral intention farmer production safety are closely linked, the code of conduct of government training and government supervision of production safety behavior affects farmers under the traceability system, perceived behavioral control also farmers produce safe behavior plays an important role. And in the relationship between the use of pesticides and recording traceability system information file with the intention of safe production farmers most closely, the greatest influence.For the results of the analysis presented insufficient in current traceability system and farmers existed in production safety behavior are as follows:traceability system development is not perfect that is still the main pilot, and farmers safe agricultural prices is difficult to achieve, then capital and technology is not up to the requirements traceability system, Farmers safety awareness is not high, farmers produce the information recording insufficiency. Faced with insufficient for farmers to produce safe behavior of the current traceability system, we put forward a sound traceability system, strengthen farmers produce information preservation, establish a unified market of agricultural products which can be traced back to increase government support and improve the development of cooperatives and other areas to facilitate traceability system under production safety behavior of farmers from the source to guarantee good quality and safety of agricultural products.
