With the development of the global economic integration and the increasingly competition between enterprises, the importance of the supply chain has gradually come out. It can deliver the suppliers’ products or services to the customers safely and quickly and form the logistics network to connect the buyers. A simple and direct supply chain management has become more and more important for the competitiveness of buyers and sellers. Obviously, it has become a necessary means to improve its competitiveness in realizing the integrity of the supply chain upstream and downstream and managing it reasonably. In the whole cycle of the supply chain, the role of suppliers is more apparent which is closely to social specialization production. More and more enterprises only focus on its core processes and choose the non-core process outsourcing to supplier, which can make the supply chain become production scale and professional. Therefore, it is a key factor to improve enterprise stable development in knowing how to strengthen the supplier relationship management, how to improve the efficiency of supplier management and use of resources ability to leverage resources advantage and competition advantage, how to improve the enterprise supply chain management measures and how to improve the management level.As well as other manufacturing industry, equipment manufacturing industry suppliers has experienced from planed economic to market economic and its products has changed from demand exceeds supply to supply exceeds demand. For the very wide range of global group, its management standard is still in a very low level. Therefore, improving the standard of the supplier management is the key issue to achieve the win-win situation in the strategic cooperation with the suppliers, which also has been paid much attention to the relevant suppliers in the supply chain.In the article, the author takes the manufacturing enterprise he has worked for as an example. In combining with the current managing situation, the problems existed and the features of its business scale, the author analyzes the suppliers which has significant impact on its strategic partnership and establishes evaluation index system. The author also makes a lot of research in the influence of the strategic partnership between enterprises and supplies on the aspects of decreasing of cost、enhancing of product quality、promoting the efficiency of the enterprises and the possibility of enhancing the competition of the companies. In the area of optimizing supply chain reasonably, the author uses the fields’ method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to build the supply chain optimization model for choosing strategic partners and developing a set of supplier management solutions which according to the demand of modern manufacturing enterprises. The model has a certain innovation significant meaning in manufacturing supplier management.
