The Study On The Selection And Evaluation Of Suppliers Based On Supply Chain' Idea

With the market competition become ardent day by day, the supplier play more important role in the whole development of the company, as an important link in the manufacture type enterprises supply chain. Under the idea of supply chain theory, how do manufacture type enterprises choose the strategic supplier, what kind of way they take to manage the cooperation relation between them, and how to appraise strategic supplier have become the problems which are necessary to solve. The research of this thesis can solve these problems, it can promote the core ability of enterprises, win the advantage of competition, offer the effectual method.At first, this thesis study the supply chain, the supplier's relation and management which about the relevant theory, under the supply chain theory, it carries on the deep analysis in the relation between suppliers and manufacturers, also emphasis the necessity on establishing the strategic cooperation with the supplier, and on this basis, it summarize characteristic, principle, step which to choose the supplier under the theory of supply chain. Then, the author unifies the literature material and predecessor's research, not only point out the deficiency of these methods, but also explain the advantage of the method researched by authors, through analyzing each method of choosing the supplier. Finally, the author accomplish the study of the supplier's estimate by Analytic Hierarchy Process, Matter- Element model and Priority degree evaluation method, this chapter also contained the supplier evaluating indicator system'research.The Extenics theory is a new subject, and is efficacious method to solve the contradict- ory question, Making use of this subject to appraise the supplier is a kind of innovation. the author utilizes the Analytic Hierarchy Process decide the modulus of evaluating indicator, this causes the results of evaluation to be more objective, The result of evaluation which get from Priority degree evaluation and Matter-element analysis reveal more exhaustive information than the conventional method, this let us seeing about the strategic supplier more comprehensive.
