With the development of economic globalization, the market scale of mergers and acquisitions in capital market is increasing. The market economy system of our country is becoming more and more perfect, and the valuation industry plays a key role in the construction and maintenance of capital market order and on guard against financial risks. The curtain lifting of integration targeting "larger and stronger" in domestic valuation industry means the industry will face a re-shuffling process. Valuation firm as "co" high-level group of professionals, talent is its first production elements,competition among firms mainly due to the competition of talents. Human resources and its management to realize the target of organization have an irreplaceable effect in valuation firm. How effective human resource management to improve employee job performance in order to improve overall performance and then achieve organizational goals is an important issue concerns the management of valuation firm.Under the special background of valuation industry, the valuation firm employees are the research object in this study. Based on the predecessors’ theory, this paper not only analyzes the effect of employee job satisfaction on job performance directly and indirectly, but also verifies the effect of organizational commitment on the relationship of job satisfaction and job performance.First of all, this paper describes the background and significance of the study and generalizes the literature of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job performance, and the relationship between them. Secondly, this paper analyzes in theory,puts forward hypothesis and constructs a conceptual model. Thirdly, according to the characteristics of the valuation firm employees and predecessors’ maturity questionnaire design the questionnaire in this study which includes the basic information and the scale of two parts. Through questionnaire survey, 323 valid samples were obtained and analyzed with descriptive statistics, reliability analysis and validity analysis. Fourthly,by correlation analysis, regression analysis and analysis of the assumptions mediating effect, this paper analyzes the relationship among employee job satisfaction,organizational commitment and job performance of valuation firm from an empirical point of view. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Employee job satisfaction of valuation firm can be divided into intrinsic satisfaction and extrinsic satisfaction.Organizational commitment can be divided into emotional commitment, sustained commitment and normative commitment. Job performance can be divided into taskperformance and performance;(2) Each two of Valuation Firm employee Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Job Performance is positive correlated;(3)The employee organization commitment of valuation firm partially mediated the effect of job satisfaction on job performance.Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward the suggestions to improve the performance of employees, from establishment of "people-oriented" management concept, improving employee job satisfaction, perfects the organizational commitment of the training and promoted mechanism of the three aspects.
