China’s rural tourism is still at the initial stage. Rural tourism in our country although already exist, but true to form the scale effect, and get on with the city put on a par with the status of tourism, is a matter in recent years, rural tourism to the town as the main source of tourists, mainly concentrated in the weekend,3 golden week, strong seasonal, and the economic benefits are obvious, tourism income has become a major economic source of local residents. Taishun is the most remote districts in Wenzhou City, but it has a rich rural tourism resources. This through field investigation, data analysis, rural tourism development status of Taishun County, analyzes the existing in the process of development of rural tourism in Taishun County, and to put forward strategies. Through solving the problem, break the bottleneck of rural tourism development. Taishun promote the rural tourism industry promotion, increase the income of residents, it has important significance to the development of society, economy of Taishun. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1. through the use of resource survey, market survey, data analysis method to study found preliminary development pattern of rural tourism in Taishun county through these years of development of each villages and towns developed on natural resources, historical and cultural relics, folk culture, modern agriculture and tourism based on the "Taishun County Township Tour", to promote the residents employment, improve the income of the residents, the social, economic development of Taishun county.2. Taishun county rural tourism development problems are:(a) geographic location, Taishun county has obvious geographical location disadvantage compared with other districts and counties of Wenzhou City, seriously affected the rural tourism destination choice, is not conducive to attract enough customers, (b), Taishun County Rural Tourism Planning, the lack of scientific planning in the development of rural tourism, the township in rural tourism after the start of its products with high similarity, difference of each villages and towns originally has gradually weakened, exacerbated by the township of disorderly competition and development, (c) Operation and management idea, Taishun Rural Tourism operators lack of management idea, and the quality of employees is difficult to adapt to the further development of rural tourism, (d) The level of products, Taishun County Township tourism product level is relatively low, generally in the "primary stage of picking garden", the level of product needs to be improved, (e) The sustainable development, carrying capacity of Taishun in the township and village tourism development neglect of natural, society.
