Research On The Land Use Of Yulin Energy And Heavy Chemical Industry Base

Yulin is a national base of energy resources and heavy chemical industry. In recent years, the economic of Yulin is developing rapidly and energy chemical industry construction is thriving. This need more land resources for construction. The construction land demand is rapidly rising. So the construction land is increasingly scarce. In addition, because the base is in the fragile ecological environment area, the exploitation and development of coal, oil, natural gas, rock salt resources exacerbated the contradiction between ecomomic development and protection of the ecological environment and farmland. Industrial development, urban expansion, city infrastructure construction need to occupy land and this increase the pressure of land resources utilization and protection. In this study, taking it as the breakthrough point, the problem of land use in Yulin energy resource and heavy chemical industry base, the main contents are as follows:Chapter 1 and chapter 2. The study mainly analyzes the research background, summarizes the research status of domestic and abroad, constructs the research framework and research ideas. Then explain land use theory.Chapter 3. It analyzes the current situation of land use in Yulin energy resource and heavy chemical industry base. Combined with its social and economic development, summarize the land use problems, then conduct SWOT analysis for the the industrial parks of base and put forward four kinds of land utilization strategy.Chapter 4. The study build models to mesure the scale of construction land use and optimize the space layout. It calculates the investment intensity through the park investment scale and land area. Then combined with the regulations for the different industrial project construction control index to predictive land use scales. According to the parks’ investment scales of the base to assure the land use scales in the base. According to every park’s resources characteristics and ecological environment, optimize land use arrangement in time and space.Chapter 5. Analyze the influence factors of land use pattern, draw on the experience of land use pattern at home and abroad, to build the environment friendly land use pattern for Yulin energy resources and heavy chemical industry base. The increase of population, resources and environment constraints, GDP growth, changes in industrial structure, the transformation of economic, the innovation of social system and land policy changes all will affect the land use change. According to the construction experiences and lessons of industrial parks at home and abroad, analyze the characteristics and the regional ecological environment constraint of natural resources, build the land use patterns which is environment friendly.
