We should step up to study the recycled copper resources utilization to make the "waste" to be one part of the cycle in the economy and then incorporate it into ecological balance system for the recycled copper resources recycling, disposing, recycling can conserve natural resources and achieve cleaner production and the formation of a ring from the closed circular economy industrial chain, so that it can protect our survival environment and ensure us to take the sustainable development road.Firstly, we describes the theoretical basis for resource recycling loop in terms of the recycling economic theory, the sustainable development theory, the cleaner production theory, followed by the review of domestic and global renewable resource use study. Secondly, analyzing the status of recycled copper recycling and the problems to put forward the importance and urgency of improving the recycling rate of copper and recycling economy development road. Then mainly studies ZH company through the company’s external and internal environment to determine the external opportunities and threats, internal strengths and weaknesses of ZH. Then we made SWOT analysis to determine the company’s development strategy.
