| China's reclaimed copper industry has developed more than fifty years. It is in 1990's that the industry began to go to develop fast and come into a stage of scale industry. With the fast development of China's economy, the demand of copper will keep increasing continuously. China has poor reserves in copper mine. The reserves of the copper mine could not meet the needs for China's industry development. So trying to make the full use of the reclaimed copper, to build up a sustainable regular development reclaimed industry will be very important in China's economy development. As a new economic development mode, the circular economy depends on the technical advancement and strengthens management. It carries on the 3R principle---reduce, reuse and recycle to promote the using efficiency of the resources, to reduce the waste discharge, and achieve the less usage of resources, the high production and low pollution. It will get to the harmonious unification of economy development, society progress and environment protection. The development of reclaimed copper industry under circular economy is of essential difference from the traditional reclaimed copper industry, which is of less using of resources, the high consumption of energy and with serious pollution. The study will begin with the full using of resources and the protection of the environment. The key points are to build up the reclaimed copper eco-industrial park and promote clear production. With the introduction of circular economy theories, the thesis analyses the current status of China's reclaimed industry and its problems. Put forward the urgency and necessity of taking on the way in circular economy development. Then make case study of the reclaimed copper eco-industrial park in Qingyuan circular economy base. Use analyzing ways of ecosystem integration and industry metabolism to analyze economy framework, ecosystem integration and material industrial metabolism in the park. Try to discuss the best developing mode for reclaimed copper industry both in theory and practice. Finally point out a sustainable developing mode for China's reclaimed copper industry and with relative suggestions of policy. |
