| Multi-project simultaneously, is the principal means for construction enterprise to survive and develop. Many construction enterprises in order to seize the market, blind contract projects, at the same time, the distribution of resources within the enterprise with the increase of the project is also no chapter disorder. Enterprise internal project management order is chaotic, a large number of construction projects default. The fundamental cause of this phenomenon is: the enterprise has not stood in the height of strategic thinking of multi-project selection and implementation, no unified standards in line with the development of the enterprise, at the beginning of the project to project evaluation, better allocation of resources in the project execution.To the end, this paper from the perspective of strategic management, and the combination of multi-project management, build a multi-project priority evaluation based on the strategy, based on the strategy of multi-project resource allocation, so that the implementation of multi-project to better serve the enterprise development.Firstly, this paper introduces the research status and related theories of strategic management and multi-project management of construction enterprises, discusses the relationship between the two and the relationship between multi-project management and(original) single project management. Secondly, based on the Balanced Scorecard theory, constructed using quantitative and qualitative method of multi-project management and multi-project priority evaluation project implementation in resource allocation by theoretical analysis and model, build a resource allocation method of construction enterprise strategic priority of multiproject and multi-project based on Evaluation Model.Finally, the A construction company as the application object, based on the company’s strategy, the multi-project priority evaluation model and resource allocation method is successfully applied to multi-project management practices of the company, achieved good results. |
