Research On The Effectiveness Of Land Consolidation In Agricultural Technology Extension

Because of the land policy of our country, the low efficiency of land use, so it can improve the efficiency of agricultural extension. Land consolidation is the product of intensive use of land, and the settlement of the contradiction between people and land. It is an important means to realize the sustainable use of land resources, in addition to the quantity of cultivated land, improve the quality of cultivated land, realize the dynamic balance of cultivated land, improve the ecological environment, promote economic structural adjustment and so on. Practice has proved that the development of land consolidation can be ruined roads, ditches, damaged protective forest, abandoned ponds and other production sites, can effectively increase the area of arable land; through the adjustment of land relations, optimizing the allocation of land use structure, can better improve the land utilization ratio and output rate; through the land, merge scattered plots to promote the concentration of land and land management, to improve the level of agricultural mechanization to create conditions; by improving agricultural infrastructure, create conditions for the large area of agricultural technology popularization. These are the specific performance of the current agricultural extension with the improvement of the current agricultural extension.It is found that the research on land consolidation in China is still in the exploration stage at present. Therefore, it is important to study the effect of land consolidation on agricultural extension, which can enrich the theory of land consolidation, and regulate and guide the practice of land consolidation. Based on the previous research, systematically summarizes the domestic and foreign research progress of land consolidation, and points out that the land remediation through comprehensive renovation of rural land, water, roads, forests and villages, the rural land, infrastructure improvement, can create basic conditions and production conditions for the application of agricultural science and technology improvement and participation land consolidation to increase farmers’income, and increase financial support for farmers’adoption of agricultural technology, and promote the construction process and land remediation to the farmer’s words and deeds, are of great significance to consolidate the ideological basis of agricultural extension. Through questionnaire survey, this paper points out the existing problems in the development of land management, such as the single investment subject, imperfect legal system, lack of publicity, and put forward specific measures and suggestions for these problems. And pointed out that the land regulation to attract enterprises, promote the industrialization of land remediation, strengthen the propaganda and education of the township cadres, farmers, improve the legal system of land regulation also has an important role.
